Outline and Purpose of the Course | Principles and methodologies of new chromatography, separation analysis methods, and some methods which were not dealt with in "Instrumental Analysis (Frontier Chemistry)" are discussed. In addition, the advanced instrumental analysis methods will be introduced as a topic. | |||

Schedule and Contents |
1. High-performance separation analysis (4): Outlines the basic theory, principle, equipment, and applications of micro/nano-scale separation analysis methods, which have been rapidly developing in recent years, focusing on capillary electrophoresis and microchip electrophoresis 2. Electrochemical analysis (4): Principles, measurement methods, and response behavior of electrochemical analysis methods for electrolytic redox reactions, such as potential and current measurement methods (voltammetry) and current measurement methods (amperometry). 3. Spectral analysis I (1): Principles and measurement methods of atomic spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy. 4. Spectral analysis II (4): Basic theory, principle, equipment and applications of infrared spectrophotometry, Raman spectrophotometry, mass spectrometry, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. 5. Topics (1): Advanced instrumental analysis method. 6. Confirmation of learning achievement (1): Confirm (comment) the achievement of the contents of this lecture. |
