Outline and Purpose of the Course	良い医療とは、的確な病歴聴取、診察、検査により，患者の疾患を正確に診断し、最良の治療法を選択することに集約しうる。そのためには患者の持つ疾病についての十分かつ正確な知識を有することは医療専門職にとって必要不可欠であり、病態生理を中心とした講義を展開する。
Course Goals	消化器病学（内科および外科），耳鼻咽喉科・頭頚部外科学、臨床腫瘍学（薬物および放射線療法）に関して、各領域の専門医が主要疾患の病態生理，診断，治療を枢軸とした解説を行う。これら領域の主要疾患に関する理解を深めることを目標とする。
Schedule and Contents	講義の題目および順番は変更する可能性があります（合計7回）。 ・耳鼻咽喉科頭頸部疾患概論 ・がん薬物療法総論 ・肝胆膵疾患（内科） ・がん放射線治療総論 ・肝胆膵疾患（外科） ・消化管疾患（外科） ・消化管疾患（内科）
Evaluation Methods and Policy	平常点30%と、毎回のレポート70%を基に二段階評価（合格・不合格）で評価する。
Course Requirements	生理学の基本的知識が修得できていない二回生での受講はあまり薦めない。
Study outside of Class (preparation and review)	広範囲にわたる講義内容なので、講義のみでは十分な知識の取得は難しい。講義毎にその分野の成書を精読することを勧める。
