In this class we will read the introduction and chapters I-IV of the following book: Nicolas Offenstadt, L'historiographie, PUF: Paris, 2011. This book from Que sais-je? series is an introduction to fundamental problems of European historiography. Week 1: Orientation. Weeks 2-13: Text-reading. Week 14: Feedback. |
