Outline and Purpose of the Course |
In this class, students will enhance their basic knowledge of history and philosophy of science, and acquire knowledge on recent research trends in both disciplines. |
Course Goals |
This class will help students acquire basic knowledge of philosophy and history of science as well as basic writing skills. |
Schedule and Contents |
Each student will make a presentation on the current status of his/her research and will receive advice individually with respect to identifying the research theme, understanding the relevant literature, and so on, based on the presentation. The order and contents of the presentation will be decided based on the arrangements made by the attending students and instructors. |
