Outline and Purpose of the Course In this class, the subjects of the former Soviet Central Asia, especially Uzbekistan, will examine the various aspects of the historical review that took place in the wake of the liberalization by Perestroika during the Soviet era, as well as independence and the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Through these efforts, we aim to deepen our understanding of contemporary Central Asia and to deepen our understanding of the various ways of describing history.
Course Goals To understand the history of Central Asia in the modern period (from the period of Tsarist Russia, the Soviet Union, the dissolution of the Soviet Union, independence to the present day), and the characteristics of ethnic and historical views and historical descriptions in Central Asia from the Soviet Era to the present day.
Evaluation Methods and Policy Evaluation is performed at a rate of 30% at the regular attitude score and 70% at the end of the year report.
