以下の内容について、3～5週の講義を行う予定である（フィードバックを含めて全15回）。 1. 細胞の構成成分の構造と機能 核酸、タンパク質、糖質、脂質について構造と機能を解説する。 2. 酵素反応 酵素反応の特異性、反応速度論について解説する。 3. 代謝経路 主要な代謝経路である解糖系、TCA回路等について解説する。 |
