Outline and Purpose of the Course In this class, we’ll give lectures on theory of risk analysis, risk identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation, and risk reduction and avoidance in the field of urban human security including human health risk and ecological risk. The main purpose of this lecture is to provide students basic viewpoint and knowledge required for environmental leaders who can practically solve environmental issues occurring in developing countries, showing several international environmental projects as practical case works.
