Outline and Purpose of the Course	現代の医療システムの中で生じる重要な倫理的課題について、構造化されたアプローチにより特定・分析し、患者や関係者とともに本人の価値観を尊重して、最善策を検討するための能力を養う。
Course Goals	1.看護師の倫理的看護実践の基盤となる法律及び指針と、基本的知識を理解する。 2.倫理的課題が生じる状況において、それぞれの立場での考えや価値観の相違を理解し、状況を分析できる。 3.チーム医療の中で生じる意見や考えの違い、問題の複雑さや不確実性に伴う葛藤について、その解決に向けて具体的なアプローチ方法について理解する。 4.臨床における倫理的課題を理解し、その解決を通して判断能力を養うと共に、倫理調整に必要な知識を習得する。 5.看護研究における倫理に関して、研究協力者の権利と擁護について理解する。
