Outline and Purpose of the Course Description: A course with emphasis on practice of cross cultural management and some discussion of theory. Purpose: To bring students to basic competency in managing cross cultural teams and situations.

Course Requirements Upper-Intermediate English skills, TOEFL 650 and higher. All assignments submitted in computer format (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.).
Study outside of Class (preparation and review) Students are expected to complete readings in advance of the class in order to contribute to the discussion and the conclusions developed in the discussion.
