Outline and Purpose of the Course	情報技術が社会、産業、生活、企業に与える影響を知り、その利活用のあり方について考える方法、視点について学ぶことを目的とする。 企業ＩＴシステム、デジタル化、モバイルネットワーク等ＩＴ市場全般をスコープとし、これらを俯瞰的に理解するとともに、その影響を自ら分析するための講義および演習を行う。
Course Goals	企業や様々な組織において、情報論的アプローチを適用する場合の重要な論点を理解し、またその重要性を定量的な判断を以て理解できるようになる。
Schedule and Contents	概ね以下のようなスケジュールで行う（全１５回）。 １）ＩＴシステムの基礎 ■ 企業の情報行動原理、人的資源、物的資源、金融資産それぞれをマネージする情報システムの概要について理解する。 ２）ＩＴシステムの基礎に関する簡易演習 ■ 国内の具体的な企業をあげ、その事業や戦略を理解した上で、その企業に必要な情報システムと機能について考える。 ３）インターネット社会とビジネス情報論 ■ モバイルインターネット、企業のデジタル化、政府によるネット社会像がもたらす将来について理解する。 ４）企業のデジタル化 ■ ネットワークとＩＴの発展による産業の変化、その際の様々な課題について理解する。 ５）ＩＴ市場の成長に関する定量的予測 ■ ＩＴ市場の規模や成長性を理解し、ＩＴのもたらす効果について定量的な議論をするための準備をする。 ６）デジタル化とインターネットがもたらす産業に関する簡易演習 ■ 企業における市場変化の仮説をたて、それに立ち向かうために企業がどのようにＩＴを利用すべきかについて考える。 ７）ＩＴとコンプライアンス、内部統制 ■ 企業における情報管理や内部統制に関する規制の概要、そのＩＣＴとの関係について考える。 Planned topics of the course are as follows.(Total 15) 1. Basics of Enterprise IT ■ Information Systems of Enterprise/Organizations. ■ Functions of corporate organizations 2.Exercise on the Basics of Enterprise IT(group discussion) ■ To think about IT of specific companies 3. Internet society and Business Informatics ■ Understand the future of the mobile Internet, corporate digitization, and the government's vision of the Internet society. 4. Digitalization of Industries ■ Understand the changes in industries due to the development of networks and IT, and the various issues involved. 5. Forecasting the IT markets ■Understand the size and growth potential of the IT market, and prepare for quantitative discussions about the benefits of IT. 6.Exercise on industries brought about by digitalization and the Internet(group discussion) ■Hypothesize market changes in the enterprise and think about how the enterprise should use IT to confront them. 7.IT and Compliance, Internal control ■ Management of personal information ■ Regulation about internal control and IT
Evaluation Methods and Policy	講義中に行う簡易演習と期末レポートを予定。期末レポートの提出は最低限とし、簡易演習のレポート等を加点要素として採点する。
Course Requirements	情報技術に関する基礎知識、新聞記事について背景が理解できる程度の社会経済に関する基礎知識
Study outside of Class (preparation and review)	講義を受けるに当たり必須ではないが、関連書籍、論文等により、企業情報システムに関する最近の傾向、企業の戦略に関する基礎事項について大まかに理解しておくとスムーズに進めることができると思われる。 また、どのような状況企業でもよいが、有価証券報告書、決算公告、各財務諸表等を事前に一度、見ておくと演習もスムーズに進めることができると思われる（財務分析は行わない）。
