Outline and Purpose of the Course This seminar aims to understand the pertinent issues of the early modern history of Europe more deeply by facilitating the reading and discussion of papers among participants?with each other.
Course Goals This seminar aims at making students understand the important problems of the early modern European history. Each student will present a paper on the subject in which he/she is interested.
Schedule and Contents Students will prepare and present a paper. They will also read and discuss relevant publications.

Week 1: Introduction
Weeks 2-15: Presentation and discussion or reading and discussion.
Evaluation Methods and Policy Students will be evaluated through their reading and participation in discussions.

Study outside of Class (preparation and review) Students must prepare the seminar each week.
Textbooks Textbooks/References Others; the copy of the text will be distributed to students in the seminar.
