Outline and Purpose of the Course This course aims to furnish students with basics in logical topics which are required in reading and writing papers in philosophy. It will cover classical propositional/predicate logic, modal propositional/predicate logic and related philosophical debates.
Course Goals To master basic skills to deal with logic used in philosophy papers. To obtain broad knowledge about various logical systems and related philosophical issues.
