Outline and Purpose of the Course Tullio Treves, "The Expansion of International Law. General Course of Public International Law", Recueil des Cours, Tome 398 (2019)を講読する。
Course Goals 国際法の規律の拡大という現象の検討を通じて、現代国際法の理解を深めるのがこの授業の目的であり、受講者には、講読対象文献の内容を正確に把握したうえで、各分野における新たな国際法現象を法的に評価することが求められる。
Schedule and Contents 以下のような順序でテキストの講読を行う予定である。
