Outline and Purpose of the Course The purpose of this course is to introduce the generation and application of quantum radiations, such as photon, electron, and ion beam, to beginners including students from social science. For this purpose, the interaction between material and quantum radiations; principle of lasers and accelerators ; application of quantum radiations will be lectured upon the interactive communication with participants. It may cover the general information on Energy.
Course Goals The goal of this course is to understand the basic mechanism of radiation interactions and how they are used for modern scientific tools and industries. Participants can understand the basic principle of scientific equipment and consider to use them for their research subjects in some different view points.
