Outline and Purpose of the Course This course introduces fundamental theories and technologies for analyzing and evaluating information and information systems. Students will learn several statistical processing methods: systems analysis, data analysis, ethnography, and machine learning. This class will be held in Japanese with support in English if needed.
Course Goals In relation to basic analysis methods for information system, you should understand the theory and the actual analytic procedure.

Some contents and orders may be changed depending on the progress and school situations.
Evaluation Methods and Policy Examination is conducted to evaluate your achievement. The object of the evaluation is whether you have been able to understand the concepts and how to interpret the results about various statistical methods given in lectures.
Course Requirements - It is desirable to have a basic knowledge of statistics.
