Outline and Purpose of the Course	Students will learn the basic matters necessary for advancing research activities in the master's program and writing a master's thesis.
Course Goals	Acquire the major academics necessary to start writing a master's thesis.
Schedule and Contents	Participation in internships within CCE department and listening to lectures at CCE colloquium. Others are instructed individually by each academic advisor. Learn about research integrity. (The internship and the colloquium will be explained in the department guidance.)
Evaluation Methods and Policy	Based on the criteria set by the department, the degree of achievement of the above achievement goal is evaluated mainly by the normal points (including the internships and the colloquium). Understanding of research integrity is essential.
