Outline and Purpose of the Course In terms of inorganic materials for energy devices such as solid oxide fuel cells or lithium secondary batteries, fundamentals of solid state chemistry are outlined and State of the Art of the energy materials is introduced.

The main purpose of this course is to obtain deeper understandings the relationship of structure, defects and properties of inorganic materials.
Course Goals To master the diffusion in solids.

To understand the relationship of defects and properties of inorganic materials.
