Outline and Purpose of the Course | This course provides an overview of the role of plants, mainly forests, in energy and environmental issues, and discusses various biomass resources and their use as bioenergy and bio-chemicals. | |||
Course Goals | To understand the role of plants in energy and environmental issues, and to understand the types and characteristics of biomass resources and their conversion methods for utilization as energy and chemicals. | |||
