Outline and Purpose of the Course 　
　臨床教育学・教育人間学の基本文献を肌理細やかに読むセンスを習得する。

　西田幾多郎の「善の研究」や　自覚の概念などの中に入り込み、その根底をなす論理を探究する。

　修士論文、博士論文に向けた指導を行う。
Course Goals １、臨床教育学・教育人間学の基本概念を正確に理解することができる。
２、臨床教育学・教育人間学をめぐる国際的議論や文脈を理解する。
３、一つの哲学体系の中に入り込み、その術語連関を見出す力を習得できる。
４、その哲学体系の教育的意義と限界を考える。
５、その哲学体系を用いて自分の考えを表現し議論する能力を養うことができる。
6、総じて、思想研究のリテラシーを習得することができるようになる。
7、また、修士論文、博士論文に向けた準備をすることができる。
Schedule and Contents 1回、導入。テクストの確認、テクストの位置と意義。

We will read in both Japanese and English, side-by-side, throughout the class. Several of the readings are only in English, but all the Japanese readings have English translations. This makes the class accessible for both Japanese and non-Japanese students. This will also help us understand the difficulties and possibilities of translation as we understand Nishida's thought in a global world.
Evaluation Methods and Policy 　
　平常点70%（毎回の出席、議論への積極的な参加、中間レポート）

　最終レポート３０％

　評価基準は、到達目標について、教育学研究科の評価基準に従って評価する。
Course Requirements None
Study outside of Class (preparation and review) 　必ず予習を行うこと。
　参加者は、事前にテクストを購入し、目を通しておくこと。

We will mix Japanese and English in the class, both in readings
and discussion. Thus, any level of English or Japanese is
