| Outline and Purpose of the Course | 開発途上国と日本の農村発展をミクロ経済学の立場から理解、分析するための基礎的な枠組みを学習する。特に、農村のフォーマル、インフォーマルな制度をとらえるための比較制度分析、新制度経済学の基礎理論を習得する。 | |||

| Schedule and Contents |
新制度経済学の基礎理論を習得するため、組織・制度の経済学の教科書を輪読する。国際的に定評のある組織の経済学の教科書を読みこなす。内容は以下のとおりであるが、適宜、必要に応じたChapterを取り上げる（全１５回）。１５回目にフィードバックを行う。また関連した論文を輪読する。 １ Does Organization Matter? ２ Economic Organization and Efficiency ３ Using Prices for Coordination and Motivation ４ Coordinating Plans and Action ５ Bounded Rationality and Private Information ６ Moral Hazard and Performance Incentives ７ Risk Sharing and Incentive Contracts ８ Rents and Efficiency ９ Ownership and Property Rights １０ Employment Policy and Human Resource Management １１ Internal Labor Markets, Job Assignments, and Promotions １２ Compensation and Motivation １３ Executive and Managerial Compensation １４ The Classical Theory of Investment and Finance １５ Financial Structure, Ownership, and Corporate Control １６ The Boundaries and Structure of the Firm １７ The Evolution of Business and Economic Systems 適宜、地域研究におけるモノグラフを取り上げ、学んだ組織の経済学の分析枠組みから農村のメカニズムデザインをとらえる練習を行う。 |
