Outline and Purpose of the Course | Students attending this lecture are required to have a basic knowledge of intermediate microeconomics and econometrics. The main objective of this subject is to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities to examine the economic and social problems regarding food, agriculture, and the environment. The issues addressed in the lecture are shown specifically in the class plan below. With the help of the fundamental theory of microeconomics and econometrics, students are able to learn the basic concepts and analytical methods that are indispensable for conducting empirical studies and receiving a master's degree in the filed of natural resource economics. | ||
Course Goals | Based on intermediate-level microeconomics and econometrics, graduate students develop a thorough understanding of food, agricultural, and environmental problems, and at the same time, they learn how the problems should be solved. | ||
