Outline and Purpose of the Course seminars and lectures on management of risk and method of risk communication related to food safety, environment and public health issues
Course Goals ?Understand the principles and framework pertaining to ensuring food safety.
?Examine various issues related to risk management and communication for food safety by reading previously published studies in the field.
Schedule and Contents Course outline
  This seminar will cover previous studies on a variety of fields, including food safety, public hygiene, and environmental studies. By organizing the findings and issues from these studies, students will identify the data and techniques needed to establish the scientific basis for risk management and the approaches for communicating with consumers and other stakeholders.
 To do so, students will engage in discussions on the most current studies from various sources including national and international academic journals.
Evaluation Methods and Policy Evaluation will be based on attendance and class participation.
