Course outline This seminar will cover previous studies on a variety of fields, including food safety, public hygiene, and environmental studies. By organizing the findings and issues from these studies, students will identify the data and techniques needed to establish the scientific basis for risk management and the approaches for communicating with consumers and other stakeholders. To do so, students will engage in discussions on the most current studies from various sources including national and international academic journals. |
