Outline and Purpose of the Course Students will develop a clear objective for their university education and research and gain valuable experience for deciding their career path by participating in an internship program at a private corporation or public institution in the fields of manufacturing, design, research, or development.
Course Goals Students will gain valuable experience for deciding their career path.
Schedule and Contents Students should apply for internships that are open to those specializing in forest science, or those posted on the websites of corporations or government agencies.

After completing the internship, students are required to submit to the office of Forest Science before the end of December the following: (1) a report of at least 4 pages long in A4 size on the details of the internship and their own experience and (2) a statement of acceptance by the organization offering the internship.
Evaluation Methods and Policy Evaluation will be based on the submitted report.
Course Requirements Before starting their internship, students must speak with their supervisor and the head of the department to confirm if credits will be earned.

The duration of internship must be at least one week long.
