Outline and Purpose of the Course | Hydrology is the scientific study of the movement, distribution, and quality of water on Earth, including the hydrologic cycle, water resources, meteorological and water-related disasters and environmental sustainability. This course will focus on the hydrological process and the interaction between human activity and hydrology with a particular emphasis on Asian monsoon regions. | ||
Course Goals | To strengthen the capacity of working on a series of significant research issues of Hydrology and Climatology. | ||
