Outline and Purpose of the Course This world can be understood as a series of ebbs and flows, similar to the creation, growth, and decline of an eternal business. You will read the classics and latest literature related to this idea, and will ask your own "questions" as a team or as an individual. This exercise is a place to learn while practicing the basic method of "research" by yourself. The purpose is to experience research through fieldwork and case studies, discover something, and explain its business significance academically to others. The key point is to study the "questions" we have posed, think about what we have found, and experience the practical implications of the survey as a set, including presentations and feedback.
Course Goals Acquire knowledge about business administration (especially entrepreneurship and business strategy). By studying the past and theories of academic research, we will cultivate thinking and ideas that doubt "common sense" and understand things from different perspectives. We will also deepen our understanding by approaching and interacting with our chosen research subjects according to the style of academic research (literacy).
Schedule and Contents Reading literature on business administration (weeks 1?15, each week)
Understand the theory of organization, management, and society through reading the literature. For example, read Bernard, Simon, Aldrich, Foucault, Bourdieu, etc., as well as articles in new journals.

Research and survey methods for organizational and management phenomena (Weeks 5?10)
Observe and record real-life organizations and human behavior that you find "interesting" and "intriguing," and try to represent these concepts using letters and numbers. Learn and practice basic methods such as analysis and interpretation of a certain concept. First, learn the skill of "reframing" (re-thinking) "things" regarding a certain concept in a fun way. For example, with respect to the successful careers of individual entrepreneurs, one achieves approval and understanding through their childhood complexes. Another finds a spirit of service or process of excellence in the community or society in which he grew up.
What about you? Why?

Implementation of research research planning and dissertation writing (Weeks 10?15)
Analyze familiar organizational events while learning various management and social theories related to business creation and transformation. Decide on a theme and conduct academic research as a team or as an individual. In addition, give feedback to the survey target and have a dialogue. Create a presentation in the form of a dissertation.
Evaluation Methods and Policy 100% participation points (e.g., participation in round-reading, drafting and implementing surveys, reporting activities, and writing and presentations). As stated in the purposes section, we ask that students participate in each round of the practicum. The evaluation will continue until all rounds have been completed and you have achieved your results.
Course Requirements It is desirable that you have taken business strategy, management organization, marketing, business history, etc., but it is not a necessary condition.
Study outside of Class (preparation and review) The planning and practice of field research is conducted mainly by students outside of class. In addition to the weekly practicum time, it is desirable that participant-led "sub-seminars (practicums)" are held.
