Outline and Purpose of the Course Students will learn the principles of human resource management based on the premise of economic rationality. In particular, how organizations should acquire, invest, value talent, and give incentive to the talent will be explored from an economic perspective.
Course Goals ・ To understand the basics of human resource management conducted by companies.
・ To understand the principle of human resource management on the premise of economic rationality.
・ To analyze various phenomena related to human resource management in the real world by using the acquired knowledge.
・ To propose desirable methods of human resource management using the acquired knowledge.
