Outline and Purpose of the Course This lecture examines the characteristics of Japanese and overseas companies, and companies in developed and developing countries from a comparative perspective. In general, this course uses English as a common language. If the students' understanding is insufficient, or if other needs arise, Japanese will be used as well. Classes will be provided through lectures, presentations by students, lectures by guest speakers (when deemed necessary), and video clips.
Course Goals The goal is for students to learn corporate management in English, which is a global business language, with an international approach, and to have a global mindset so that they can utilize it for future corporate management.

Evaluation Methods and Policy Class attendance and active participation (40%), group presentation (30%), final exam (30%).
Course Requirements No systematic knowledge of management is required. Keen interest in the strategies of Japanese and overseas companies is required.
