Outline and Purpose of the Course Theme: Innovation Management Methodology
Innovation links "technological inventions" and "market insights" that create social and economic value. Innovation is becoming increasingly important as a source of harmonious and sustainable growth in a society affected by the declining birthrate and aging population, the finite nature of resources, and the increasingly borderless nature of technological innovation.
This seminar aims to understand the essence of such innovation and foster creative human resources (creative classes) that will contribute to future growth strategies. In this seminar, the approach is to deepen the understanding of basic frameworks, such as related management strategies, organizational theory, marketing, and accounting, focusing on specific case analysis and project activities. In addition, by promoting various exchanges, the SDF will deepen understanding of the rules of thumb of innovation, methods of valuing intangible assets and services, and the mindset of innovation, and promote seminars that will serve as societies of the future.
Course Goals This principle of self-study based on dialogue will be put into practice in the seminar.
The aim is to develop the ability to tackle issues (reports) independently and continuously.
In addition, the students will develop their presentation skills by presenting within the lecture as a place of practice.
Enhance communication skills by exercising one's planning abilities, discussions, and other activities aligned with selected themes and objectives.
