| Outline and Purpose of the Course | 四方を海に囲まれた我が国は、古来より海の生物を利活用してきた。この海洋資源生物を持続的に維持、管理するためには、個体、個体群、群集のみならず生態系まで深遠に理解する必要がある。本講義では、海洋学、水産学、行動学、生態学等を背景に、海洋資源生物学の基本理念の習得を目指す。 | |||

海洋資源生物学に関わる基本理念を、以下の項目について授業を行う。 海洋資源生物学の導入（1回） 海洋構造と一次生産との関係（1回） 一次生産と動物プランクトン（1回） 卵と浮遊仔魚・変態、輸送と回遊、繁殖（3回） 魚類、海棲哺乳類の移動・回遊、絶滅危惧種の保全（4回） 魚類の行動と生残戦略、魚類の認知能力と生態の関係（2回） 河口域生態系と森里海連環、ベントスの多様性と生態（2回） フィードバック（1回） |
