授業の概要・目的 Description: A course with emphasis on practice of cross cultural management and some discussion of theory. Purpose: To bring students to basic competency in managing cross cultural teams and situations.

成績評価の方法・観点 Writing assignments (70%),Tests (20%), Verbal assignments (10%)
履修要件 Upper-Intermediate English skills, TOEFL 650 and higher. All assignments submitted in computer format (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.).
授業外学習(予習・復習)等 Students are expected to complete readings in advance of the class in order to contribute to the discussion and the conclusions developed in the discussion.
