Outline and Purpose of the Course	臨床検査において、検査情報管理に必要な統計手法を理解し、実務に必要な知識と技術力を習得することを目標とする。医療統計の基礎を学んだうえで、１）多群間の統計学、２）２変数間の関係解析、３）検定と推定、４）臨床検査に用いる応用的手法、５）医療経営学的視点からの統計手法等について学習する。
Course Goals	検査情報管理に必要な統計分析に対して自主的に、継続的に取り組む能力を身につける。
Schedule and Contents	以下のような課題について、１課題あたり１～２週、合計で８回の授業を行う。 （１） 分散分析 （２） ノンパラメトリック検定 （３） データの分類：判別分析・因子分析 （４） 医療経営学的視点からのデータマイニング （５） 臨床検査に用いる検定手法 （６） フィードバック
Evaluation Methods and Policy	小レポート(50%)、大レポート(50%) 評価はSCHOOLLIFE記載の評価方針により行う。
Course Requirements	全学共通科目「統計入門」の履修を強く望む。
Study outside of Class (preparation and review)	講義と連動して、実際に統計処理専用ソフトを用いた課題に取り組むことを行う。 eラーニングシステムPandAを用いて、課題を提供する。
