Outline and Purpose of the Course This course aims to explain the research trends related to farm managerial information, develop students' basic ability to conduct empirical analyses based on agricultural management, acquire techniques on management analysis, and deepen the theoretical understanding behind them.
Course Goals Develop creative ideas and methodologies while critically interpreting existing theories and methodologies.
Schedule and Contents This course aims to develop a theoretical and practical understanding of analytical techniques applicable for graduation research, including applied exercises using PCs, while considering students' level of understanding.

The tentative schedule of the course is as follows.

Lecture 1: Overview of the academic expansion of support methods for decision-making in agricultural management
Lecture 2: Basics and applications of the actuarial planning method in agriculture
Lecture 3: Basics of linear programming (1)
Lecture 4: Basics of linear programming (2)

Lecture 6: Agricultural planning and agricultural management consultation (1)
Lecture 7: Agricultural planning and agricultural management consultation (2)

Evaluation Methods and Policy Grading will be based on active participation in discussions (50 points) and reports (50 points).
