Outline and Purpose of the Course Laboratory sessions for basic psychology experiments to learn various psychological research techniques through specific tasks.
Course Goals Master basic psychological research techniques.
Schedule and Contents The first session will be devoted to orientation in order to introduce content. The course will have covered basic content such as writing papers, and thereafter (weeks 3 to 14) will be spent on indicated laboratory topics. In each session, students will conduct simple psychology experiments, collect and analyze data, and summarize it in reports on their own. Scheduled content includes methods for perceptual and cognitive research, animal research, developmental research, and conducting questionnaires and surveys. However, changes may occur.
The session in Week 15 will be dedicated to review and feedback.

Study outside of Class (preparation and review) Assignments shall be assigned at each session and properly completed. In addition, students should closely read related literature as needed.
