Outline and Purpose of the Course Reading Caesar's Gallic War, basic skills for Latin are taught to those who have just finished a course of the grammar.
Course Goals Attendants are to acquire fundamental sense of Latin language, richer Latin vocabulary, and better reading faculty for complex structure and style.
Schedule and Contents Some chapters of the text will be read each time, while reviewing the grammar, as attention will be called to what is often missed by beginners: different senses of a word, idiomatic phrases, and characteristic syntaxes.
